They demanded almost double the estimate price. ($7800 instead of $4500). Held my items ransom. They sold me insurance that was only good for total loss, but not damage, without my knowledge or consent I was promised my goods within 6 weeks and did not receive them for 7 months. [Name removed by Sirelo] was extremely rude and unprofessional. I suffered damage and could not collect on the insurance that she sold me.

1. Received several items broken furniture, broken porcelain, crystal, bohemian vases, etc.
2. We pointed out to Globus international that we have collection of knives, collection of taxidermies and antlers asking to check if there are any restrictions or special requirements for their import to Australia.
Unfortunately, Globus Relocation treatment was unprofessional.
Australian Border Forces - customs seized plenty knives, antlers and other wild life speciments.

Excellent packaging, poor communication with finance representative in Israel, not acceptable tone and attitude from the service provider, intimidating charges at the end, absolutely not recommended.

The packers in UK were Anglo Pacific. The quantity of my goods was over estimated, even after a video visit. I barely had half a20ft container, having been told I needed a full one. The shipping and israeli end was excellent.
There are 2 parts to the move, the packing and then the shipping. The shipping aspect was excellent, fast and polite service from Globus in Israel.
Pleasant and polite people to deal with.
