Do not use sonigo unless you want movers to be wreckless with your things, cause thousands of dollars in damages to your property, lose many of your boxes, steal your things, and after all that have the audacity to charge you thousands in hidden fees only to never take responsibility for all the losses you've accrued through this frankly disgusting experience.

Prix réclamé supérieur à 1400e par rapport au devis sans ajout de ma part.le transporteur hollandais est arrivé sans me prévenir et n a pas pu déchargé car l appartement était encore en travaux.reparti en Hollande et appel pour déménagement 15j après!cartons faits par l entreprise non détaillés.communication difficile avec Mr [nom retiré par Sirelo] en Israël.dédommagement réclamé en vain

We moved a 20' container with an overseas shipping from Houston Tx to Israel.
I can't recommend ENOUGH on Sonigo. The partner on the US side was informative, knowledgeable, communicative and friendly. The packing company was by far the best packers I've ever worked with- nothing broke on the way, everything was wrapped perfectly and packaged extremely carful. Arriving in Israel, midst Covid19 days, the Sonigo office in Israel was efficient, transparent, no surprises and no extra fees we didn't know about in advance.
To sum up, we had such a positive experience I feel the need to spread the word so others could enjoy it as well.
They are highly professional, know what they're doing, very experienced- this is the type of company you'd want to handle your life belongings.
**Important to mention I'm a private person, payed for the shipping etc. on our own (no corporate involved) and have no incentive to write this review other that true satisfaction from the service level**

I moved from israel to the UK and was told the shipment would take 6-9 weeks. At the moment it is more than 12 weeks and i am still waiting for it. The service on the phone has been terrible, they either laugh when i ask why its taking so long or they just hang up. I spent a fortune of money as they are the most expensive and it has been the most poor service. AVOID THIS COMPANY AT ALL COSTS.
They blame delays on covid but i have seen other people receive their shipment in the space of 6 weeks in the same time frame i sent mine.

I was very distressed as I read your review and wanted to better understand what had happened. The more I dug into the details, the more relieved I became... if we can put a time line on your shipment:
15 Feb we requested paperwork required by Customs (TOR and other documents)
3 Mar your shipment was picked up
16 Mar you sent us Customs documents including TOR (we cannot ship prior to receiving TOR)
13 May 2 + months AFTER packing you paid (as per our agreement we ship ONLY after receiving payment)
7 Jun ETA of container in England
So as you can see, less than 4 weeks after you fulfilled your side of the agreement, your shipment will be in England - sounds like pretty exceptional service to me since we estimated delivery within 9 weeks and we will easily be within that time line.
